Protect you skin, in the sun, sunscreen,hat,glasses

 Hello dear friends,

At 75 years old, I’ve learned how important it is to protect our skin from the sun. A short time outside is wonderful, but too much sun can be harmful.

Here are some tips I follow every day:

  • Limit sun exposure to 30 minutes in strong sunlight.

  • Wear a hat and sunglasses.

  • Use sunscreen even if it’s cloudy.

  • Drink water to stay hydrated.

Small habits can make a big difference. I hope these tips help you enjoy the sun safely!
