 Comedy Hour with Georgeta, a 75-year-old grandma! I came to the U.S. over 45 years ago, and my English... well, it gave people a lot to laugh about. Here's one of my favorite true stories — about how I confused ID with IUD and asked for jobs the wrong way 😄. Hope it makes you smile! When I come in this country, 45 years ago, I don't speak too much english, so the words, ID and IUD, was same think, for me.,so when I was looking for a job in New York, I used to ask.  " Do you like to see my IUD? " , instead of ID. The people was lauphing,and they say: " NO, NO,  Later one,when I get hired,in  some restaurant,the manager,tell me what is the difference between ID and IUD, and tell me to remember, only 2 Letters,  ID 2. I have a german shepherd, he hang around with an american dog, to get his greencard. 3.Few years ago, I watch in " 60 Minutes" Tv show,they can transplant from Pigs to Humans, a Heart, Liver, so humans can live a longer life.
