"75 Years of Life: The Small Miracles I Still Believe in"

Sometimes, life surprises me in the smallest ways — the kind of moments that make you smile, and whisper, “Thank you, God.” Just the other morning, I was sitting on my porch with a cup of tea, watching the sun peek through the trees. A little bird landed, in front of me, chirping so loudly it sounded like it had a secret to tell. I laughed and whispered, “Good morning to you too, little friend.” That day, a neighbor I barely know stopped by to return a borrowed baking pan. We talked for hours about family, faith, and silly mistakes we’ve both made. I realized that even small connections — a smile, a shared story, a helping hand — are miracles in their own quiet way. At 75, I have learned that miracles aren’t always big or flashy. They don’t always come with fireworks or applause. Sometimes, they are simple: laughter with a friend, a kind word, or the joy of watching a bird dance in the sunlight. Life is full of these tiny blessings, and noticing them keeps my heart full, my spirit strong, and my faith alive. Even after years of challenges, I know that gratitude is a powerful gift, from God,thank you dear God.
